This is my second Charles Hubert pocket watch – the first is still running perfectly, I just wanted it for a change of pace – love these watches and the service is excellent for cleaning and routine maintenance – and I really enjoy the weight and double hunter case

I bought this as a gift. It has a quality feel and has a beautiful case. We haven’t had it long enough to know how well it works. My one disappointment is that apparently they have changed the dial style. The picture shows a second hand, set apart, in it’s own marked frame. I liked this design. The watch that we received features a more typical configuration with a smaller second had behind the minute and hour hands, sharing the same center post. After I got this I looked at several sites, and although I did find one picture that shows a watch similar to what I got, all the other sites, including the Charles-Hubert Paris site showed a picture like what I was expecting.One reviewer stated that his watch looked exactly like the picture which makes me think that the manufacturer has changed the style at some point. I don’t know if mine is the new style or an older style.

I was so excited that my wife ordered me this watch for my Birthday. I had been searching for the perfect pocket watch for months and here it was.
After two days with no delivery notice, my wife logged in to check the status of our order. We were suprised to find that no orders were pending on her account.
After speaking to a rep from Amazon, we were informed that our order had been cancelled by the seller as we had an “undeliverable address”!
We have had multiple items shipped to us at this address with no issue. We have been at this location for 5 years to boot.
Sufficed to say, If I ever see this seller on Amazon again I will ABSOLUTELY avoid them.
Not only did they cancel our order but they didn’t inform us.
My wife was heartbroken that she couldn’t provide me the perfect gift. And no man in his right mind wants his wife upset.
