The BEST WATCH EVER!! I think for a base model smartwatch, Apple did a great job with this, works VERY well with 3rd Party cheaper earbuds! Really reminds me to (new with watchOS 10) log how I have been feeling, (I like that) does really good with workouts, and it has crash detection, fall detection, Heart Rate tracking and it’s really accurate! Love it! Thank you Apple, no other watch brand would make a base model watch this good and WOW! The OS is so smooth and the midnight looks very cool! I got the GPS version and it’s great! I can go into the store and leave my iPhone in the car and it will still let me call and text from the very back of a Walmart, Redner’s Wawa! Battery is great, with how I use it will let me get through about a day and a half and I still have 20% left which is very nice!! If you slam your wrist into the wall a lot, screen protectors are Recommended because I put on a screen protector and it cracked, see, it saved my watch and I did not get Apple Care + and with expensive it is, you may want too.

The delivery was made with a signature required. That safety measure was much appreciated. The item was in perfect condition.

I finally bought an Apple watch because I’ve been wanting to improve my mental health with more physical activities. At first I was annoyed by all the notifications I received on the watch; it’s essentially a mirror of your smartphone. After I turned most of them off except phone calls/texts it was much better to use.
While the battery life is not as long as other competition out there, there are some features that I think make the watch worth it:
1. Fitness+- LOVE THIS APP! I’m currently trailing it free for 3 months, and it’s a game changer. I love how there is new content weekly for different exercises like kickboxing, pilates, HIIT, yoga, dance, etc. I have a smart tv and stream the videos on there. I get to see my heart rate and calories burned LIVE, so it motivates me to work harder. You can also filter the exercises by duration, music genre, fitness instructor, and more! I will definitely be keeping the subscription after my trial is over; it”s definitely worth it.
2. Daily/weekly challenges with myself and friends- I enjoy the rings concept and connecting with my friends who also have an Apple watch. I get notifications of when they complete a workout, which encourages me to exercise myself.
3. Find My- I use this app constantly to find my phone in another room.
4. Direct streaming to my iPhone- it is nice to see my stats on my phone
Overall, if you’re considering getting an Apple Watch, do it. I selected this one because I don’t need the data option, and this is a budget friendly enough device for so much value.

I recently purchased the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) with GPS in the 40mm size, featuring the Midnight Aluminum Case and Midnight Sport Band, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This smartwatch offers a wide range of features at a reasonable price point, making it excellent value for money.
The design of the watch is sleek and modern, and the Midnight Aluminum Case gives it a premium look and feel. The Midnight Sport Band is comfortable to wear all day and is perfect for both workouts and everyday use.
The display is bright and vibrant, making it easy to read notifications and messages at a glance. The GPS functionality works smoothly, allowing me to track my runs accurately without needing to carry my phone.
Overall, I highly recommend the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) to anyone looking for a reliable smartwatch with essential features. It delivers great performance and style without breaking the bank.

I bought this watch on Prime Day at a great price of $200. It works mostly well for what I use it: running, sleep tracking, receiving texts and emails, paying for stuff, and a few other apps.
The running function works with or without the accompanying iPhone. It tracks pace, distance, time, etc., and it is programmable for special workouts, like intervals. That’s a huge upgrade over my previous older Garmin watch. Programming it is a bit tedious, but once it’s programmed, you’re done.
It does a great job of tracking my sleep. I can reply to texts, but not emails, either by dictating or “hand writing”: you get a screen to use your finger to write each letter. It’s a bit time consuming but it’s a good option if you’re in a place where you can’t speak.
The notifications mirror what you get on your iPhone, but because the Gmail app is not available for the watch, you get the notifications, but you can’t reply. However, if you have added Gmail to the native Apple mail app, you can use that to reply to emails.
I like that the screen is fully customizable as well. Choose from the various options offered by the watch, or get one that suits your needs. You can have the Metropolitan, with a chronograph-looking face, or choose one with personal photos that rotate.
One thing I did not like and could not wait to change was the wristband. The watch comes with a silicone wristband (pictured) that is not a traditional band with a belt loop-type. It is awkward to put on and take off. I bought a velcro one that works well for my needs, especially for running. It’s easy to put on.
The reason I should have spent the extra $80 for the 8 is the “always on” display. The 8 was priced at an incredible bargain — reduced form $399 to $279 on Prime Day– and I regret not buying that one instead. As well as the SE works, when you pull up your hand, it doesn’t always work, which is very annoying while running or doing any other activity. No matter how much I move my hand or wrist to activate the display, sometimes it just doesn’t work, and I have to tap the screen. If I’m running, I just want to be able to take a quick glance at my stats.
I also wish the screen were a little bigger. Mine came with a 40 mm, and I thought it was enough, but now that I’ve had it, I wish I had chosen the 44 mm. Those extra 4 mm make a difference!
I will eventually upgrade to the 8, or whatever replaces it, on a future Prime Day. For now, I have the SE.
