Doté d’une batterie intégrée, on peut faire l’acquisition audio en déplacement directement sur un smartphone. Il est même compatible bluetooth.
Les fonctions sont adaptées à un instrument de musique ou à la voix, ou les 2 en même temps grâce à l’entrée XLR et Jack 6.3 qui sont gérables indépendamment.
La prise micro XLR est dotée de l’alimentation 48V, ce qui est vraiment top pour un produit portable et le rend compatible avec micro à condensateur.
On peut donc imaginer une utilisation pour un musicien chanteur solo avec une guitare ou un piano électronique.
Néanmoins je regrette le manuel plus que succinct. J’ai scanné l’intégralité de la documentation pour la partager ici. Une double page en français et un guide rapide en anglais. Et c’est tout. J’aurais été curieux de savoir par exemple quel protocole est utilisé en bluetooth ? Quand on est dans le monde du son, le bluetooth est souvent un point faible, l’absence d’information à ce sujet laisse planer le pire ? Aucune idée !
Quelle utilisation possible du bluetooth ?
De ce que j’ai pu tester, l’ajout de musique du smartphone en fond fonctionne correctement, mais peut on utiliser le smartphone en bluetooth comme récepteur ? Avec quelle appli ? Aucune idée pour le moment, j’apprivoise encore la bête, et l’absence d’information n’aide pas tellement.
Si c’est pour une utilisation gaming ou podcast sur PC, c’est très simple, une fois branché ça se comporte comme une carte son. Sur MAC j’ai une entité présente dans les entrées et les sorties (voir capture d’écran).
C’est plutôt l’utilisation mobile qui me parait moins claire.
Dommage de ne pas avoir pris le temps de rédiger un peu plus de contenu qui faciliterait le prise en main.
Je maintiens 5* car c’est un excellent produit, bien construit bien fini mais vous aurez compris que l’envie de mettre moins m’a démangé.

Decir que funciona muy bien. 0 latencia como es de esperar y funcionamiento muy sencillo, prácticamente es enchufar y listo. Luego lo configuras con el programa de grabación que cada uno utilice y listo!

I’m excited about my NearStream AMIX20B USB Audio Interface! It’s going to be so helpful for my recording, and streaming needs. Der Audio-Mixer ist sehr praktisch für sämtliche Anwendungsbereiche, ob für Podcasts oder anderweite Aufnahmen wie zum Beispiel Musikinstrumenten. Der Mixer bietet eine kompakte Lösung.
Der Audio-Mixer ist schnell lauffähig gemacht und funktioniert auf Anhieb, ohne große Umschweife. Über den XLR-Anschluss können auch Kondensatormikrofone betrieben werden, was sehr praktisch ist, da ein recht breites Spektrum an Geräten bedient wird. Mit dabei sind auch weitere Kabel, falls es an diesen noch mangeln sollte. Über den Mixer lassen sich alle gewünschten Voreinstellungen vornehmen, die man braucht. Das funktioniert sehr gut. Das macht sich auch bei der Ausgabe bemerkbar. Die Aufnahmen hören sich super an und es wird ausgeschöpft, was die angeschlossenen Geräte hergeben. Hier braucht man keinerlei Abstriche machen. Zudem konnte ich keinerlei Latenzen feststellen.
Der Mixer verfügt über einen integrierten Akku, so kann dieser auch ohne direkte Stromquelle eine Zeit lang betrieben werden. Der Akku hält recht lange, ist per USB-C aber auch schnell wieder aufgeladen.
Ein weiteres Highlight des Mixers ist die Bluetooth-Funktion. So kann man Musik beispielsweise über das Handy abspielen.
Das Gerät ist sehr kompakt, sodass man es problemlos mitnehmen kann.
Die Qualität des Mixers ist hervorragend. Er ist sehr sauber und ordentlich verarbeitet. Die Drehregler lassen sich geschmeidig drehen und sitzen fest. Auch raschelt und wackelt nichts in oder am Gerät. Insgesamt hinterlässt es einen äußerst hochwertigen Eindruck.
Der Mixer hat mich sehr zufrieden gestellt und bisher habe ich einen solchen in dieser Art noch nicht gesehen. Er deckt einen breiten Anwendungsbereich ab, man kann eine Menge damit anrichten.

This is a great little mixer that offers a lot of options, based on how you use it. If you’re a podcaster, here’s your preamp with tone and volume control. If you play a musical instrument, the unit has a quarter-inch phone plug to accept a guitar or other electrified instrument. There’s a separate gain control for the instrument input and the microphone. Reverb is available for the mic with a simple dial to adjust the depth. The larger knob adjusts the audio feed to the headphones (monitor).
Effects for the guitar are available from a single button allowing you to toggle to the desired sound.
The unit has a rechargeable battery and a power switch on the front. It charges via a USB port and there’s a charge light to let you know the power is on. (The unit arrived with a dead battery and had to be charged.)
This is a great choice for a solo-performer to use as a mic-preamp with effects. It will also handle a guitar (at the same time) and provides similar effects you’d find on a basic pedal board. However, this unit does not accept a footswitch and it would be challenging to use in a live performance if you need to make adjustments or turn effects on and off during the song (one the fly).
During operation, I didn’t notice any kind of background hum or interference. The knobs turn with just the right amount of drag and the overall build quality is excellent.
For music practice, recording, or pod-casting, this little processor offers a lot of options for a great price.

Let me begin by saying the NearStream AMIX20B is a well-built device and cleverly priced. It has all the outputs and inputs you would need to make it work. However, it does not work with the Android version of N-Track Pro DAW. To their credit, NearStream doesn’t claim that it will. But they do say that their device will work with Android devices such as tablets and phones. I gave it a try and guess what? The N-Track Pro software does recognize the NearStream but that’s about as far as it will go. Before you can record anything, it throws up USB and Audio Settings errors. To me, that indicates that the NearStream AMIX20B is not USB Class Compliant. I have two other brands of USB audio interfaces that hook right up. Too bad, it has a lot of other good things going for it… especially the on-board Lithium cell battery and 48V mic power. Also, it appears that the AMIX20B provides a fixed 16-bit sample depth while 24-bits is the preferred depth for pros. Sorry, it’s a no-go for me and I’m sending it back.

I was contacted by NearStream support, and they worked with me to gather more information on the failure mode. Also, I was able to get the interface to record by using the simple speech recorder app that came with the tablet. So, it does work… just doesn’t work with the N-Track Pro DAW app. I added a star for the excellent communication with the seller and Amazon’s painless return policy.

Non ho mai provato prima un Mixer audio e ho voluto provare questo della NearStream, quindi non sono un’esperto di questo genere di cose, sto imparando ora ad utilizzarlo, mi piace molto, piccolo e ben fatto, adatto a quelle che sono le mie produzioni ad un livello di registrazione audio che reputo molto buono, mi ha fatto una strana sensazione quando l’ho ricevuto, mi ha emozionato, l’ho subito provato, con qualche difficoltà, ho dovuto fare diverse prove prima di riuscire ad utilizzarlo in modo almeno accettabile, posso dire che funziona bene, non ho rilevato al momento difetti almeno con la mia chitarra e vale la stessa cosa per mio figlio con la sua, anche lui è rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso e soddisfatto, di poter utilizzare la possibilità di creare i suoi podcast, musicali, un prodotto per qualità e prezzo interessante

This is an awesome little audio interface that can easily hooks up to instruments, BT devices (such as phones), PC, and XLR microphones. It also supports 48V phantom power, so you can power condenser mics! The monitor function is great for checking audio levels via headphones and tweaking settings live as they’re recorded out to your device.
Another awesome feature is the built-in battery, which can charge via USB-C – incredibly useful for using this out in the field or with a laptop/phone.
The voice remover, while not perfect, actually does a decent job for the several cases I’ve tested with.
Overall for the price, this is a great low-cost portable audio interface with features you don’t typically see even on some higher end interfaces.

El diseño es el de un pequeña mesa de mezclas con 6 diales en la parte superior, de ganancia y reverberación para el micro; de tono, ganancia y reverberación para el instrumento músical; y uno de gran tamaño para el volumen con un aro de iluminación verde, además de dos leds de estado, el de encendido en rojo y en verde para el emparejamiento bluetooth, y tres pequeños botones para meter diferentes efectos de sonido, dar preferencia a la voz, y dar preferencia a la música.
Para usarlo como un módulo bluetooth no hace falta conectarlo a ninguna fuente de alimentación, es suficiente con recargar su batería de 2500mAh con un puerto USB C específico para la recarga, con salida tanto de auriculares como auxiliar para altavoces.
Cuenta además con dos minijack mas, pero de entrada, uno de ellos para hacer streaming desde el móvil. Se echa en falta un manual mas detallado para comprender mejor ciertas funciones.
Como tarjeta de sonido externa para pc, y a pesar de que es un periférico por su conectividad y funciones diseñado para músicos, su calidad de sonido me ha sorprendido gratamente. Podemos usar un micro con la entrada jack, pero como se le saca partido es con la entrada XLR, echando en falta que incluyan el cable.
La conectividad con el pc es a traves de un puerto USB C, diferente al de recarga, detectándolo W10 de manera inmediata y en caliente, sin necesidad de ningún programa ni instalar drivers, como un dispositivo doble de entrada y salida de audio, “NearStream Mixer AMIX20B”.
Si te gusta la música y quieres empezar a grabar tus canciones en pc, es una solución de entrada de muy buena calidad tanto en la voz como en la reproducciòn del instrumento músical.
Es tan versátil que incluso se puede usar perfectamente con una tarjeta de sonido para chat de voz y multimedia, con doble salida para auriculares y altavoces.
Y con una gran calidad de sonido, muy superior a cualquier integrada en placa, incluso diría que está a la altura en calidad y detalle a tarjetas de sonido dedicadas tanto externas como internas con un precio semejante.
Juegos, voz, películas, todo suena fantástico, pero especialmente la música, se nota que el DAC usado, aunque no se indica el mismo, es muy musical.
Incluso la música por bluetooth suena de miedo, hasta el punto que parece que la conectividad es por cable.

bought this to power an xlr mic and it refused to work. doesn’t come with its own power supply so you need to make sure you find one with enough power for the mic. finally got that working but wouldn’t stay charged until i took out the usb to laptop and then it would charge; once charged it seems to not be a challenge to keep power and laptop connected.
i did have to buy a preamp for my mic, which was unfortunate; once that was in i was golden. been reliably working ever since.
