The watch is absolutely beautiful! However, the packaging appearance was a big issue for me because I am gifting this to someone and I didn’t want it to look used nor tacky. I gave 4 stars due to the pricing and due to how beautiful the watch is.

Best thing I accidentally ordered, was scrolling and meant to save it for later, but accidentally clicked the one click buy. Was surprised when it showed up as I had no idea that I had ordered it. But it’s a beautiful watch, the band is such a dark brown that it’s almost black, but I really like the gunmetal look on the outside and the design is perfect.
It’s an automatic watch though, read up on the extra effort required for automatic watches if it’s your first automatic

I think this is a good automatic watch for the price range. Keeps good time and held good time for up to 26 hours without wearing or winding back up stop working after 34 hours. It is a cheap leather band with a think alligator top that is sewn on. The rose gold is nice looking and everything else looking good too

Bulova Sutton in Rose Gold with brown alligator(ish) strap. Photos do not do this watch justice. The color and elegance of the design are fascinating and you’ll find yourself staring at it often throughout the day. Being able to see the movement at work is also great if you’re a gearhead like me. I’ve wanted a good skeleton watch for exactly that reason and Bulova is a solid reliable brand. I’ve had my eye on it for a while and when the price dropped I had to scoop it up. Boy am I glad I did. Now that the price is back up to $419 I can say I’d still buy it.
The movement is smooth and accurate. I’ve been wearing it for about a week and it hasn’t lost a minute. It is an automatic so I do keep it on a watch winder at night. So far it keeps time just as well as my Hamilton, which was twice the price. If I had to criticize anything I’d say the rotor (counterweight) is a bit noisy when you move your wrist, and there is hardly any lume so it’s basically unreadable at night. But for me at least that doesn’t matter so much. Time will tell for durability but I trust Bulova and in my opinion they knocked it out of the park with this.

This is my first $300 watch, my first Bullulova, my first automatic, and my first watch with Roman numerals. The watch does not hold a “charge” more than 12 hrs after being sufficiently wound up. I tried calling and emailing Bullova for assistance, and they NEVER responded. So their customer service is horrible. Their app wouldn’t let me register the watch, so I had to do it on their website. But again, I can’t get ahold of their customer service. I will say THIS: if you wind the watch AND wear it EVERY DAY, you’ll be fine. But you’ll have to wear ONLY this watch. You won’t be able to alternate with others. 4 year warranty does me NO GOOD if I can NOT reach them for assistance. I’m about to turn the watch back in before we Amazon inspection period is up.
