Hello out there I have bought this watch as I love clock work, at first glance the watch may seem unremarkable but upon further inspection it is beautiful the detail is remarkable and my first impression is it is a well made item. There may be flaws but the watch I recieved has none so far. There is only one defect I noticed straight away and that is that the roman numeral number 4 is incorrect it is not IIII as you cannot have more than three I’s in one number it is infact IV meaning one before five (V). I would also like to commend Amazon.com on there superb delivery of the watch and impecable handeling, Thnakyou Amazon!

Beautiful quality timepiece that brings me back to days that were before my time….LOL I love this pocketwatch. Sometimes I take it out of my pocket just to marvel at its beauty and don’t even check the time. I love the feel, the weight, the solidity. One small flaw is that it doesn’t keep time like we are used to these days with electronics being so precise. Just set the time once a day and you will be fine.

The watch comes fast but seems the quality is worse than one expects. It stops working after 2 days of using it, I am sure I didn’t over-wind it . It is kind of a disappointment.

It is an attractive watch, and kept excellent time in Bogotá, Colombia, a high and dry environment. However, closer to sea level where there is more moisture in the air, in San Salvador, it is constantly losing time.

It was great until it just stopped working one day after about 3 months running. Balence wheel just wouldnt keep running???

A very nice watch for those who want to carry a classic stem wound pocket watch without risking an antique. I bought this watch from this seller because tbey tested the watch before shipping. The quality of these Chinese movements is inconsistant so having the watch tested before its shipped saves time and disapointment. Very happy with this watch. It keeps good time.

Got this pocket watch for my son for Christmas because he does not like to wear a wrist watch. Was even more beautiful than the online picture! I wanted the mechanical because “I” liked it but wasn’t sure he would. Well, he loves it! I showed it to his brother before I wrapped it. When he pulled it out of the cloth pouch, he said the same thing that I said when I first saw it. And that was…WOW! Looks like I’m gonna have to purchase another one.
