I just received this watch today and am not satisfied with the condition. It had what looked like the remnant of a piece of sticky label or tape on the back that someone had already tried to peel off and when I removed the rest it was scratched up with some little gouges. It made me think that the watched might have been returned by another purchaser. Therefor I am sending it back.

The minute hand wouldn’t go all around.. it stopped at 12 minutes after.. and wouldn’t start moving till it was advanced to 23 after..
