The cooktop stopped working a few months after being installed. The seller said they would send a refund without returning the product. I did everything they asked. Then they ignored me. The responded immediately after I contacted Amazon. Only to ask for the same thing again. The products are junk and so is this company. Do not waste your money on either.

This was to appease a mother-in-law. She hasn’t spoken to me since the install 1 month ago. So either, it isn’t working and she is angry, or it is working and she is happy’ish.
Either way, she isn’t bothering me, so I’m happy.
As for the unit, it was working when I left.

The secondary burner on the main burner stopped working after 2 months. Still under warranty but this seller is a third party so good luck getting a refund. I guess the old saying is true, “you get what you pay for”.
