I expected more from this toy. My baby loves playing with it, and the animals are great. However, the quality is lacking. The little doors no longer close properly after 2 months of use, and since opening/closing the doors and putting animals inside is 80% of the appeal for kids, this is disappointing.
Some parts of this toy just make no sense to me. There’s a button that opens up the eggs to show that there’re chicks inside, and it’s just a waste of space and mechanics. The effect is so subtle that it doesn’t capture kids’ interest. Same goes for the mill. Not fun.
This is minor, but the carrots and corn items are very difficult to recognize as such even for adults.
On the other hand, My 1.5+ YO has been playing with it for 3 months now and enjoys it, so I can’t leave a bad review.

I love the quality of Fisher Price toys. My sons loved them and now I am buying them for my grandson. Great quality, safe and fun. The farm is a great way to play. I love it that Ms Rachel shows it on her program which makes him want to play with it even more!

Our family have been gifting this particular toy to many of our friends kids over the years and it has NEVER ever failed to be a huge hit for their kid/s. There are no parts that I feel would be chokeable and the interactive elements are really well done.
The lights, sounds, interactions are all really well done and my kids constantly go back to it, either to play it as it is, or incorporate it into their other pretend play.
For you parents or just people who are looking for gifts for young kids, if they don’t already have it, this is your go to big hit. I 10000000000% recommend getting this if you don’t know what else to get. The price is decent and the ROI is amazing.

I thought it was easier to do a video showing you all the functionality this toy has to offer. I have a 2-yr old son who loves all types of animals. His older sister had the Little People frozen castles and school house and he wasn’t too interested in those. He loved the actual animal figures it came with (pig, hen, horse, cow, farmer) , but wasn’t too drawn to the actual farm itself.
Pros: the farm has to easy-to-press buttons . One that plays specific musical phrases and one that lifts the eggs. It took me a while to figure out the window in top but you can throw an animal into the shoot, and when it comes out the gate on the bottom, it hits the button which opens the gates close by.
Cons: the gates for the hen and cow are a bit tough to open for a toddler or don’t quite latched closed. There on a few musical phrases but they get repetitive after a while. I think all the animals or farmer are supposed to fit in too if the grain mill or windmill but some fit better than others. For example, the Hen fits will on top of the grain mill but the farmer doesn’t. However, the farmer fits well in top of the windmill. The other animals (pig, horse, cow) don’t really fit well on either of those tops.

My 2 year old son is obsessed with this little people farm. It makes noises and all the features are super cute. The little details are great, like the chicken eggs you can make move like they are hatching. This was a great purchase.

Our one year old granddaughter and her little friends LOVEs this toy! Very sturdy and well-constructed. Safe and attractive. Solid pieces that encourage IMAGINATION, not just a plastic gimic toy that is discarded after one day of play. Perfect!!

My oldest son wanted to get this for his younger brother for his birthday. This was such a great idea! Our youngest son has learned animal sounds from this toy and enjoys the songs that it plays! I think that he plays with it almost every day and that pretty rare. Would definitely recommend for two years and up!

My grandson loves this. There are 3 different modes and they’re all cute. The animals are the perfect size for toddler hands. This closes up easily and has a handle to transport. He loves to drop the animals in the shute so they come out the barn door and make sounds.
