Good watch, and it is Authentic. As I was told by a Fossil sales man, Fossil is in a new transition, and they are working on some details of their watches. So, some might be slightly different than the others.

Ordered it used, came still plastic wrapped and brand new. Works well and love the minimalist design of black on black.

Initially, I was impressed with the design/materials of this watch. The case is very slim and the crown is unable to be unintentionally adjusted. I also noticed a very weak lume present on the hands and hour markings. After wearing it twice, I realized I had plastic wrap left on the crown. When I removed it, paint from the crown came with it. This may have been a result of wearing the watch multiple times with the plastic on, but it makes me skeptical of the build quality of the watch as a whole. Overall this is probably a good option for people who want a minimal dress watch and don’t intend to wear it often, but may lack the durability needed for daily use.
