Exactly what I wanted. No electronics or extra fluff. Wind the watch and start the day. Looks classic and have been complemented on it multiple times. Runs 4 seconds fast per/day, which is not a problem. Every couple of weeks just stop it until time catches up. I use the 22mm Benchmark Basics straps. Lots of styles for whatever occasion or mood, and easy to change.

This watch does not wear comfortably at all. And I have large wrists. I switched out multiple different bands but the fact remains, no band could make the lug2lug any smaller. Raised the size, I loved it. I could have worn anywhere with anything. But unfortunately due to how uncomfortable it was, I had to return it. I’ll try the smaller sizes next time.

As I’m getting older, I appreciated the 42mm vice the traditional 38mm. It was bigger on my wrist than use to but grew on me. My favorite part, the mechanical winding. I like to hike for extended periods and having a battery die, or worse having to lug digital watch charging accessories is a pain. Wake-up, wind and go. I’m also a fan of the simplicity.
