It comes with a device to load up the goo and a bunch of extra piece to put inside the hero. After you load it up it all screws down with the head.
My kiddo loves the goo jit zu guys so this was pretty fun to build with him. We have had it for about 2 weeks and theres no leaks, which was my only concern with a create your own one.

My grandkids have a few Goo Jit Zu figures in different themes. But I have never seen one you could actually make and fill yourself. The Goo Jit Zu products have held up to pulling and stretching. Their product seems to be well made. The stretching material works very well and is satisfying.
This kit comes with the machine to fill the shark, the shark, materials for the goo inside as well as an instruction sheet.
The instruction sheet has excellent photos. It’s easy to decipher and with simple directions to follow. Even the bags are numbered so there is a little room for error.
Doing this with my grandkids, I wondered if it would work as simply the manufacturer made it seem. The bags are perforated so they are easy to open. They completely empty into the container as they said. We didn’t experience any dripping or mess while making the concoction. Once you add all of the ingredients you simply add water. I did fill a cup up and fill the reservoir up versus holding it under the faucet.
After everything‘s been mixed, the instructions show you how to connect and pump as well as disconnect. This all went off without a hitch. It was a very smooth process!
My grandson and I had a great time doing this. It didn’t take very long. The shark project is just a couple minutes from start to finish. Again the instructions hold your hand the entire way and are excellent.
Afterwards, I wanted to make sure that the shark was secure. It does feel like any of their other products. The head is tightly attached and it doesn’t appear to budge. There are various caps underneath, which is excellent for keeping all the goo in. We haven’t had any punctures or any leaking. For one you do yourself, I honestly wouldn’t know. And it looks just like the ones that are already filled. It’s fun that they allow you to make your own. I would absolutely recommend this for boys or girls. The end results is a great fidget or collectors for the Goo crew. This is a well-made toy that was thought out from start to finish!

My son loves that he can create his own goo kit zu with mama’s help. He thought it was so cool to be able to full the figure with goo. It stretches well and so far no leaks. Definitely a fun gift for any kid!

My son absolutely loves the Goo Jit Zu heroes, so I couldn’t resist this DIY version! We had a great time with it. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the setup is designed to maximize fun and minimize mess. Score! Once everything is assembled to your liking, it’s immediately ready for action. Great setup, the instructions were super easy to follow and the whole process was engaging for my kids. I have to admit it was kind of fun for me too. We LOVE Goo Jit Zu at our house, and not just the kids either. I’ve been known to play with them sitting around the house or even while I’m working. Heck we had a little pool party a few months ago and some other parents were there and we had some Goo Jit Zu sitting in the table. By the end of the party all the adults were sitting around playing with these while we were all talking. Seriously it’s rare I will say a toy is worth the price, but these totally are if you’re into fidgeting or fidget toys.
Goo Jit zu come in different sizes and with different filling. Some are really stretchy, some are crunchy with beads in them, some are gooey, and some even have bones in them. There’s all kinds of different ones and they all have a different feel to them.
What’s cool and unique about this particular one is that it comes with different filling options and a way to fill the goo jit zu with whichever filling you want. And they also make fantastic birthday or occasion gifts! Highly recommended!!!

The Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Hero Creator Thrash is a fantastic concept for creative kids! It’s easy to follow the instructions, and the option to add your own “innards” before filling it with goo allows for personalized monster-making fun. It’s definitely a hit with lower elementary-aged children. However, like other Goo Jit Zu figures, durability is a concern. We’ve had a few that leaked sooner than expected with regular play. Hopefully, since this set is designed for refilling, it will hold up better over time. But if you’re looking for a toy that can withstand rough handling, this might not be the best choice. Overall, it’s a fun and creative toy that encourages imaginative play, but its longevity remains to be seen.

I ordered Thrash. This is very fun. This Goo Jit Zu is customizable with goo filling. You can add the trinkets that come with it, but really, the door to creativity is open and you can fill it with whatever you like like water beads or something. The figure’s head comes off so you have the ability to empty it and refill it with something else for a change in play.
I like this because it is set up like a mad scientist lab and it’s fun to play pretend with.
Great. My kids and I have been having a blast with this. I’d definitely order another one!
