My daughter needed another laptop ASAP. This product in the beginning I was a little afraid because the screen kept flickering, but it stopped. Since that first day after the flickering stopped, the laptop has worked as intended.
We purchased it for her to finish her home schooling program. It wasn’t intended for streaming and other uses, but it does pretty good with streaming. She hasn’t complained too much about speed and efficiency. Her being 16, that’s a plus!

This is a shockingly terrible computer. The look and feel is extremely cheap. The thing felt incredibly flimsy, and the entire keyboard could be pushed in without much effort. Awkward feeling keyboard feel and layout too. The screen quality was awful. If you weren’t looking at the exact perfect angle, the screen would appear faded out and the color would change. It has an extremely narrow range of viewing angles. I could never adjust my eyes to the color, and photos would look simply terrible. My Chromebook has vastly superior color rendering, and the screen looks good at a wide range of viewing angles. The resolution was purported to be 1080, but the pixels seemed very large and most things appeared “blocky”. But the worst part of this computer was the performance. Unbelievably slow! Web pages would take forever to load, text would come in, and a bunch of white boxes would appear on screen until each image would load. It is not my connection either, as I ran this computer right next to my Chromebook, which had none of these loading problems. This computer was so slow that it would literally hang up while I was typing! I would start to type a sentence, and nothing would happen on screen, then a few seconds later, the words would start to show up. I closed everything but one web browser to compose an email, and I could not write simple text without the computer lagging behind. It was beyond terrible to the point I may have just gotten a lemon. But if this was not a broken machine, it’s the worst computer I have ever used. Returned it less than a week after using, I was fed up!

I read some negative reviews about this laptop referencing things like the weak keyboard design and slowness of the laptop.
The keyboard frame is not as strong as other models, but unless you’re pounding on your keyboard like a neanderthal, this shouldn’t be a problem lol.
Regarding the slowness, when not pushed beyond the laptop’s capabilities (limited RAM, for example), there are no lag issues.
I use this laptop for work. I run 2 browsers with multiple tabs as well as multiple applications open and have experienced no lag.
The laptop does come in S-Mode, but this can be disabled for normal Windows 11 mode.

Está linda la compu pero no tiene Chrome. Y no tiene para conexión de cable para conectarla en modem solo wifi. Y no tiene todas las aplicaciones necesarias

Compre este equipo por la marca HP, la verdad es económico pero no significa que por eso tenga fallas, el equipo se apago cuando se actualizo a Windows 11 y solo parpadeaban unas teclas y no tiene porqué hacer eso, a los tres días de la compra
Lo regrese ya que me arriesgo a qué no llegue ni a los tres meses y no quiero que se vensa la garantía
Ahora en adelante me dara desconfianza comprar en Amazon ya que no aparecen los malos comentarios de este equipo le tuve que buscar mucho para que aparecieran
Y vi que son demasiadas quejas.
En cuanto a HP no se si vuelvo a comprar siempre había comprado esta marca, es la primera vez que me pasa esto.
