would i buy it again no it is a good monitor for normal use but not so good for gaming and watching sporting games and online videos ( but of course im a perfectionist so to speak) maybe after a while ill get used to this monitor So take this or leave it its cheap enough to try it and if you dont like (probably will though) then you can toss it and get a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate monitor. they will cost you alot more this is an up date i am down grading this item because i cannot stop the flickering…. also in watching football replays the action is a little bit distorted. I think the problem with this monitor is sis the response times…. any way i dont recommend this monitor for anything other than word processing definately not for watching videos or games online havnt tried playing dvds but suspect dvd may be ok note i just tried this monitor with a dvd player and i could tell the response time is a bit off… im not gonna use this monitor i probably will give it to someone dont like returning thru amazon my sincere appraisal dont buy … spend the extra money there are some brands that are 2ms 144hz for 50 -70 $ more

I’ll have my eye on this one, given a few of other reviewers comments about occasionaly blinking out after a few months use.
But, so far, I’m fairly satisfied. It’s simple to set up. Shows good color. Is minimalistic. Great screen size. Feels durable. A slight wobble when touched or when the table is jogged, due to the sturdy but singular center post. A post which elevates BTW. A feature I’ve found particularly useful in the space I’m using it in.
I can see the backlight bleed others have mentioned. It doesn’t seem too bad to me. I think if you’re a gamer who looks forward to playing a 1st person titles that are very dark, this bleed might interfere with your fun.
Otherwise, 30 days in, this monitor seems like a good choice.
HP have no specific drivers for this model, that I can see.

I was super impressed with how well packaging was to prevent any possibility of shipping damage. The set up was also very very intuitive and easy to be up and running in a matter of minutes. With 2 TB of SSD Storage and 32 GB of Ram… the machine makes running any Windows 11 App a snap. I also was very impressed with the built in camera and speakers…. With the camera… you can set it up to facially recognize you instead of having to type in a PW every time you set down to log on or when screen saver is entered. Overall…. I don’t think you can go wrong with this set up for a home office.

This monitor lives up to my expectations, providing excellent picture quality at an affordable price point. The built-in speakers, while not designed for a high-end sound system, serve well for playing background music at low to moderate volumes during work. However, I had occasional concerns about the speakers’ limited bass and overall audio depth. As a user I found the sound quality to be satisfactory but not exceptional. Despite this drawback, the monitor remains a solid choice for its value and visual performance.

Love the monitor but the delivery to my residence was very, very poor (not like an Amazon delivery). They left it in the lobby of my apartment building without contacting me. Someone could have walked away with it. Thanks to a good neighbour for bringing it to me (Thanks Chris).

extremely affordable 1080p 27 inch. sure 4k is best but this still looks fantastic right out of the box. easy to put together, a few bells and whistles in the settings. color and brightness are basically spot on to start. may have to raise brightness from 85 to 100 and set color to HP Enhanced+ but thats it. Speakers are ok. dont get super loud but its a monitor its good to have them when 90% dont include speakers. Im OK with 60hz as im not using this as a gaming monitor. My one and only gripe is the dead screen space at the bezel. With such a thin frameless bezel, youd hope for that “infinity” display but the screen has dead “black” space right before the bezel. this adds 1/4 to 1/2 inch of border basically. but heres the thing…. this is on all monitors, especially at this price so its fine.
it raises and lowers a bit on a floating hinge, it also tilts up and down slighty but not to the left or right. Its a tad wobbly if you touch it so dont put it on a wobbly desk.
If it doesnt poop the bed soon after purchase then I highly recommend this inexpensive monitor
