Pedí que alguien me la instalara, fue muy complicado para mí hacerlo. Pero funciona súper, llevo usándola 6 meses sin problema. A veces se pone el candado solo pero solo tienes que sostener el dedo sobre el icono de “candado” unos segundos y se desbloquea.

1. The correct minimum width cutout size is 29.15” (not 28.38”). I had to buy a grinder & granite blade to widen my existing cutout (and you would not believe the dust/mess that covered every surface of my entire home! Clean-up was HUGE, so be sure to close off the area if you have to trim granite).
2. The ad says that any kind of pans can be used but the owners manual says to avoid curved bottom pans.
3. On on cooktop I saw a review that said the burners could be turned on too easily, but this one you have to press & hold the unlock button for a few seconds before it will unlock & allow a burner to be turned on.
4. The burners heat up quickly, but pasta doesn’t seem to cook as quickly as my previous electric coil cooktop.
5. The “hot” warning stays on way beyond the actual time it takes to cool, which is a little annoying.
6. I thought cleaning would be easy, but when a bit of food was dropped on a hot burner, cleaning spray wasn’t enough, I had to use a razor blade scraper to get it off completely!
7. It does look nicer than my old cooktop & with the exception of widening the cutout, installation was easy without experience or help. Just be sure to turn off the breaker first!!

Product arrived quickly and packaged very well. Super quick and easy to install. Lots of heating options for all my pot sizes. Touch screen very simple and easy to figure out. Love the child safety feature. No knobs makes cleanup very quick and no grime under the knobs!!! So far so good!
The shipment arrived too late and I never got the item. Still waiting on a refund –
It works well thus far. I ordered it for my mother-in-law and she loves it except she wishes there were physical controls for the burners.

Edit: I received the second stovetop which worked poorly like the first one, in less than 3 weeks the big burner no longer works. I’m now waiting for a reply from the supplier, if I have to pay for another stovetop it will be from another manufacturer
I purchased this item to replace a propane stove. It was easy to install for me, I have electrical experience. The big burner didn’t fully heat up and the outer ring never worked. I had to order and pay for a new one. It’s a sponsored item so exchange or credit not available. The other burners performed perfectly. I hope the next one all 3 work as advertised. Amazon needs to make it easier to communicate with the suppliers.

This unit is light weight, easy to install and the burners are fast! I’ve put up with a coil burner stove top for several years and just couldn’t stand it one more day. I was so pleased with the price so was prepared for substandard product. I was wrong! This is great quality and unbelievably great price!

The item is the second item that I purchased. The first one had a crack in the glass after over one year usage, it is due to my maintenance error (cleaning with cold damp tower while the store surface was hot).
Pros:
* Nice contemporary looking.
* Provide good power for cooking.
* Easy to clean. Tips: Using lock funtion before cleaning surface to avoid activating other touch button. Never clean when surface is hot, this can crack the glass surface.
Cons:
* The provided power is not very strong for extreme hot cooking; howver, it should be enough for the normal cooking.
Anyway, my cracked glass stove will be used as a spare part unit
In summary, I am happy with this stove purchase
