Bought this due to my last PC crashing on me. Only needed personal computer for Job applications and personal documents. Low bandwidth items that don’t require a lot of PC power or memory.
It is extremely slow toggling between tabs and frequently crashes on me. Often times when I Goto a Google doc, the entire page is buggy as showed in the attachment. Only after I highlight the area will it appear on the page. I would advise to pay more for a better experience. I’ve owned this for about 10 days and am extremely unhappy with my purchase.
I don’t really use the touchscreen- but have had no issues with that thus far.

We love this computer for our homeschooled children. We love the durability, touch screen, picture quality, brightness and overall performance. My son really loves the blue color!! We bought this as a renewed computer and it was in perfect condition and an excellent price. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a quality Chromebook at an affordable price.

She loves it ! No waiting for it to start-up. Key board fits her average size fingers. Loaded with free software that she needs, touch screen responsive, extra sharp display. Her cat watches Kitty TV on it and still hasn’t figured out those mice aren’t real.

Great little chrome book at an excellent price. I got mine renewed for very reasonable, a little over $100! Has excellent speed and the screen quality is great. Touch screen works well as does the touch pad. Battery has pretty good life also. Id say 8 hours if its set not too bright. I would recommend it and would buy another if I broke or lost this one.

It is great to have high expectations for something that ends up being even better than expected.
I used a Lenovo C340-15 Chromebook for over 2 years and loved it. Unfortunately, a moment of carelessness ended its life prematurely, so I started to search for a replacement. With the exception of not having a numeric keypad, this unit seemed to have all of the features that I wanted, and at a very reasonable price. I really like having a 1920 x 1080 display , which few Chromebooks offer. I was a little concerned about the MediaTek Kompanio 520 processor, as I was unfamiliar with that brand, but the speed and response is much better than the previous unit.
The good:
Very fast response
Outstanding display
Great battery life
High quality keyboard
Light weight
Great value for the price
Not so good:
No numeric keypad
One note: When dellivered, the display was good, but not anywhere near the maxinum 1920 x 1080 resolution, which was the default on the C340-15 chromebook. The adjustment for screen resolution is controlled in Settings/Accessibility.

I had to get a new chromebook as my HP one kept “switching” keys…every time I pressed a 3, I’d get a 6, and if I pressed a 6, I still got a 6!…and HP would NOT help solve the issue. This was the 3rd time I’ve had to replace an HP chromebook… So, when I needed to replace it, I wouldn’t even consider another HP. This one came up. It was newer and I was really hoping for better. To me it feels very “glitchy”. There’s a hesitation or “glitch” constantly, which I find irritating. The screen is ok, but nothing compared to the screen quality on my 17.7 laptop. Everything transferred seamlessly, and was up and running instantly. The things I did have problems with, I was able to resolve relatively fast. I do wish it ran smoother, but there’s not a lot of other options out there so I’ll probably end up keeping it. I haven’t thrown out the box yet though, so subconscientlly I must still be one the fence about it. The battery life is definitely good.
