I needed a laptop quickly for school while my other one was being worked on. This one was at a great price. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just something to hold me over for school untill I got my other computer back. It’s simple, good for basic needs. I would not recommend it for college students as it runs slow some times. It arrived clean, no scratches and was easy to set up.
The laptop also has a scratch by the corner on top. I am not happy at all –

Normally Mac and iOS user but needed a laptop to run two Windows only applications. Worked well for my purpose and laptop doubles as a good online browsing, light word processing tool. Battery life is great, super light weight, speed is ok and refurbished product arrived flawless.

This laptop is not compatible with Gaming via Steam and Oculus Quest 2. This was the main reason for purchasing this laptop and the graphics was not compatible. However, if you need it for email, internet with streaming, it works great. If streaming is used, the laptop slows down.
