Finally had a chance to use this and it was a waste of money. This thing only blew hot air. We were expecting it to cool a room but at least cool the person of it. Don’t waste your energy with this just get a real fan

It is great for small spaces and the price is low. However, it does not cool properly. This is more of a fan than air conditioner. We added recommended water and ice but no luck. We returned it, hoping to find something that works as described.

I purchased this ac for my dog who spends most of the day outside and I have to say I regret this purchase! This product started to leak less than a month of use, the 3 speed option only worked for maybe 2 weeks. I do not recommend this at all! Unfortunately, I disposed of the manufacturer box so I can’t return it.

I tried this more than once and wish I had just given up and returned it. It says to add Ice to help but the ice doesn’t really fit. It just didn’t make a difference for me.
