This is a really nice little monitor. I was not expecting much for a low-end monitor at a rock bottom price, but have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. Really, no cons at this price point. Pluses:
1. Very clear, sharp screen for a 1600 x 900 display. Has a better picture than a new 1920 x 1080 HP monitor I have.
2. Very good standard color saturation – not washed out at all. I did not feel the need to adjust color or brightness settings.
3. Good font clarity and sharpness.
4. Has integrated speakers, a nice surprise for such an inexpensive monitor, where many higher-end models don’t include speakers. Speakers are not incredibly loud but are very clear and not tinny. The speakers work through the DVI to HDMI cable and there is no need for an extra audio cable.
5. Comes with a DVI-D to HDMI cable as well as a standard VGA to VGA cable. Monitor has a VGA output and two HDMI outputs, as well as audio outputs if you would rather not use the integrated speakers.
6. The monitor stand snaps to the base, and the stand screws into the monitor with just two screws. There is a strong hinge built in which allows easy tilting for your viewing preferences. Took a couple minutes to assemble.
7. Box comes with a screwdriver, so you don’t need to have tools of your own.
8. Nice color-coded ports on the back.
This is my first Sceptre monitor and based on this, I will be likely to consider this brand again. Very pleased.

Everything works as should. Picture quality is good. Only wish the had dvi hookups.

This monitor has an absolutely beautiful image and sharpness of detail and a snap to interface with the main computer (I’m using an old Dell lappy to drive it via the HDMI output).
HOWEVER
The User Manual is one step from worthless and their tech support takes the last step down. Taking half an hour to show me step by undocumented step how to adjust brightness and contrast is not acceptable.
If you are in an absolutely quiet, the audio is marginally acceptable. Not useful in normal office noise level.

Wanted two new quality monitors for office/design work. without spending a ton of money. These are reasonably priced, good quality monitors. So far I’ve been very happy with them.mount easily to two monitor stand.

I bought this on a whim because my laptop was giving out on me. It was probably the best and cheapest investment I have made in awhile. It has built-in speakers and volume control. It’s perfect for gaming although I use it mainly for work. Perfect size.

the first picture is how it looks when im playing games and stuff, and the second is what the quality looks like on discord/yt/chrome. in the second picture, that video is turned up to 1080p60, which is the highest. and the little stuffed plush guy (his name is popo) is there to show that its not a blurry pic
i originally got this monitor to hook up to my switch, and at least for me i think it works really well. the quality isnt bad at all and i dont feel any noticeable differences in input delay. the speakers are on the back of the monitor and they arent bad at all. you can easily tell it’s not the best of speakers but it’s really not bad. i recently got a pc and at first i was worried about the quality of the monitor and how it would hold up but the graphics and stuff are actually pretty good. im not sure if there’s a way to change it in the monitor’s settings but when im on stuff like discord, chrome or youtube the quality is just really bad and it kinda looks fuzzy. for a $76 monitor with speakers off of amazon with the main purpose to be for gaming its really good 🙂
extra stuff idk:
* the monitor also TILTS up and down rather and lowering and raising
* it comes with an hdmi cord which is nice

The picture is good. The sound is a little underwhelming. I’m still happy with it. I think I only paid $60 for it. I added a $30 computer sound bar which sounded great.
