I had my eye on this watch for some time. When it came up again after a long wait at a good price I grabbed it. It arrived undamaged and was secure in its box. After a spin on the winder it runs long enough even though I take it off in the evening; still going the next morning. Keeps good enough time for me. The leather band is thick but pliable and should be a good length for all wrists. The buckle operates easily and is secure. The band should get a nice patina over time. This is a unique watch that looks a bit retro 50s to me. Some watches get no notice from others but this one elicits favorable comments. I enjoy this watch.

I just got this watch today and it’s already my favorite, it’s had a very classic look, the green, gold, and silver all pair well together.
The band is very nice, it’s thicker than I expected so it’s a little stiff, so I’m sure after a few wears it will soften up.
I love the square face it just adds to the overall look of the entire watch. The smooth sweeping second hand makes the watch feel more luxurious.
I am very happy with this purchase.

I wanted an automatic watch and also something I could use at work. This fits the bill perfectly.
The strap is way better and more comfortable than the photos led me to believe. I thought I’d change it but I’m definitely going to keep it.
This is replacing a quartz Timex I had for years. The timex was LOUD if you laid it down on a solid surface.. like in the next room. I can only hear this Seiko if I put it up to my ear.
It really is green. Like a dark green that plays with sunlight nicely. Some poor person said it was black. Nah bud.
Comfortable. Even when I fully articulate my wrist, nothing bites into my hand. Heavier than any of my other watches. Comparable to one with a metal band tho, I’ve changed my Bulova Marine Star’s metal band out for a leather one. But I’d say this Seiko weighs about the same as the Bulova with a metal band.

Pictures don’t do this watch justice – it’s absolutely beautiful! I have an eight and a half inch wrist and it fits perfectly. I’ve had this watch for around three weeks and it keeps time perfectly. This watch has good heft to it and has a fabulous finish. The green dial is absolutely beautiful in all different lighting and the band is a thick, high quality strap as expected. Highly recommend this watch – it is a head turner and already have had many compliments. It wears on your wrist like a 44 mm round watch would and truly wears well for a larger watch and with great comfort.

This Seiko recraft is a well constructed modern watch with a vintage look. It keeps accurate time with the 7S26C movement. The case and band are also well constructed. The watch fits well on the wrist and is easy to read. The only negative is lack of lume for night use

I have many automatic watches and I have been wearing this every day! I love the retro look and green dial. I have been checking it often for the time being off and this has been on the money. I’m sure it loses some seconds, but I have not had to adjust at all. It sits all night and in the morning she is still on time. I give it some shakey, shakey in the morning and off I go. Some people stated it is dead in the morning, but not mine. This is the very best value for the money watch that I own. Love Seiko!

This is a beautiful Seiko that’s easy to read, includes the day, date and time and I saw it retail for $450 so it’s a great bargain as well. It auto winds as well as having a battery so you don’t have to rely on the auto wind feature, but it helps save the battery. The face is a gorgeous dark green, with a stainless bezel, gold hands which glow in the dark on the tips, and has a stainless steel body. I bought this to wear when my Rolex doesn’t fit my outfits (it’s a stainless Day Date auto wind) and this watch keeps *much* better time than my Rolex, which loses a few minutes a month, and needs to be wound every few days or it stops running.) I’ve always loved Seiko watches – they come in prices from around $89 to $700 and they keep great time, have a wonderful warranty and come in a lot of different styles. For anyone looking for a beautiful watch at a reasonable price point, I couldn’t recommend a better watch A except for some of the nicer Timex watches. The one thing I’d say to be aware of is it’s a fairly large body – not huge like some Invicta watches I’ve owned, but it’s definitely not a ladies watch. I do wish it came in a slightly smaller size, and that the strap reflected the same quality as the rest of the watch. I’m sure I’ll have to replace the strap in a year or so, and then I’ll buy a custom dtrap, perhaps made from alligator hide or Ostrich. That would be the perfect touch to a great watch. 5/5 overall rating.

It keeps time very well & looks great. I get compliments regularly and besides that, I just enjoy the look. I work in a dim lit atmosphere and the low lights really bring out the face of this watch. Its a little heavy, but I dont mind the weight. If you want a dependable time piece that has a retro aesthetic, this is a solid low cost option
