Poor business practices, inferior quality products, and they will charge you 1/2 the price you pay for a restocking fee. This is what happened to me with a watch I returned after wearing for one day and found it defective. They quote a return policy that you’re not aware of at time of purchase because it’s not mentioned in their advertisement/page.

My favorite watch is holding up very well. The lumen at night is amazing. It shows day in Spanish and English only thing is it runs about 30 seconds behind a day! I love the micro adjustment in the bracelet. Clasp two tone looks amazing Most bang for your buck.
