I ordered this watch thinking it was going to be the described watch. It is far from the described watch. I purchased this because I am really into skeleton and mechanical watches and when I received it and opened the box I quickly realized this watch is battery operated, not mechanical. The gears are not functional, they are a fixed metal plate which looks like gears and since it is battery operated you cannot see through the watch because of the giant metal cover on the back which holds the battery in place. Is it still a nice watch? Yes, but if you are buying this because you want a skeleton or mechanical watch, then please don’t purchase this watch.

Both times I ordered this watch, it came scratched. I originally ordered the watch and it was delivered with a scratch on the face. I returned the watched and ordered a new one. The new one came with a scratch as well and looked used.

Not as described. Not skeleton, not automatic, not see though. Battery operated. I’m guessing the product I received was a fake version of the described watch.

$125, is it worth it? Answer is: yes, but you’ll have to fall in love with it to get past it’s one major flaw. [winding it, no battery]
I saw an ad for TKO Orlogi in People magazine it was love at first sight: the mint color, the size, the amazing detail of the insides. I knew I had to have it and I was going to lose the battle of not spending the money. I was weary since there were no previous [useful] reviews of it, and the silicone band. I’ve had other watches with silicone bands that gather dirt and grime and get discolored in a month. I only got it today so not sure if that will happen. And wait, what’s this manual mechanical movement? Oh, i’ll need to constantly re-set the time and wind wind wind to keep it ticking. Worth the $$ saved on batteries? Ha. Maybe.
I knew it was going to be a lot of work but the beauty of it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. It’s shiny, it’s see-thru, it’s GLAMOROUS. And hey, no scratches on this one…it comes with protective films duhh it’s new.
Flaws:
-quite heavy, I have such thin wrists…
-stops randomly..
-always in fear of “over winding and damaging watch”
It’s like having a very high maintenance toy breed dog; a lot of work but nice to look at.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I just wish there was a way to keep it constantly ticking. There is nothing wrong with it, it is as advertised and lovely and amazing but I just feel like that’s a little….outdated.
