Very easy to set up, real time viewing, nice short clips of alerts, clarity is very good as well. Not a fan of the red lights at nights, I love being discreet, but not a problem. Wish I’d bought the pair in black too but that’s fine. I can increase the size of the memory card as well, and I’m thankful for the card storage option. These work well with my WiFi, but mobile data takes a while to load live view. I keep an eye on the furry ones which puts me at ease….and to be able to talk to them, wonderful!
Overall, for this price point I am pleased with my purchase.

Got tired of paying monthly subscription fees for my other cameras. So I bought four of these, together with a 128 gig microSD card for each one. The cameras record onto the cards only when they detect motion, and I can use the app to access the recordings. Works like a charm. And the resolution of these cameras is dramatically better than the FHD / 1024 cameras I had before. Absolutely worth the upgrade. I already had a lot of TP-Link smart switches, and the Tapo app I downloaded for the cameras automatically brought over all the TP-Link devices, so now I have one app to do everything. Super convenient. The TP-Link / Tapo ecosystem has worked very well for me — cameras, switches, smart bulbs, etc.

I didn’t have high expectations because of the price. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I ordered 2 cameras and 1 of them would take forever, or not at all to connect to network. I returned that camera, they sent me a replacement which works as well as the camera I kept. So many options on how to configure, excellent, clear video, pictures, and night vision. Very happy with these.

This review is for a purchase from 2023 but I only now figured how to post the video.. No monthly subscription charges as it has local storage. I only have indoor cats but I also have 2 small birds that my cats use as their ‘entertainment’ or as I call it, ‘Kitty TV”. When my friend gave me a canary, I (temporarily) placed his cage high up stop my Diamond Dove’s cage. In order to deter the cat’s curiosity and keep them away from such a dainty morsel and bought this very inexpensive camera with an alarm that was motion activated. Please be ready for the freight train like alarm that sounds and watch the top of the cage for the cat’s reaction as it got atop the Canary’s cage.. Made this awhile ago but finally figured out how to send it. Turn your volume up just a bit. The alarm is LOUD. Just a plug and play type of equipment that is super easy to set up. Excellent quality and now that the price is actually lower, I’m getting another one to help train the cats away from my houseplants. The really great thing? They don’t associate the unpleasant experience with me!

39 weeks pregnant. I definitely did not feel like doing much but my husband has been swamped with doing all the things! So. I tried to install, download and set up these cameras by myself. It was so user friendly and done within ten minutes or less. The picture quality is wonderful, the sound is clear, the app is stress free. For someone who spent up to 5K on their last security cameras from a major corp. these are affordable and essential. We will be buying more!

Only issue some times while reviewing the recording in app you find few seconds of interrupted like cutter off recording ! Not much of deal for me as I use it internally so I know what it missed !

I am extremely satisfied with this indoor cam. I use it to monitor when the maintenance staff need to enter my apt whilst I am at work, and to keep an eye on my place. This cam has a very clear , HD vid stream, easy app control, WiFi cam is incredible deal especially for the price. $15 for this product is unreal. Has human detection, Night Vision, 2 way speaker, and mic relay. I use my micro SD CARD, if you want they offer a remote web / cloud storage service at extra cost. It is a nice option but I don’t find the need for it. Also, you can purchase multiple cams and set them up on the app. Works great on my iPhone! I totally recommend this product. Don’t be fooled by the “less popular” brand name, this is a great INDOOR security low footprint security cam. It also features an easy navigation system within the app and intuitive control panel / dashboard. Features also include privacy mode. I HIGHLY recommend this security camera. Cheers!

The price is great for the quality and ease of use, I love that it works for your cell phone to be able to monitor from any place in the home or outside the home. The nighttime and daytime camera is very clear and easy to see. The notifications are sensitive so every movement is being detected to be able to keep you on your toes when needed. The fact you can attach several cameras to the system is great for any use whether in a daycare, home in areas for children to play, using it for monitoring your home when your away, I think it’s a great purchase and I don’t mind adding more in the future.

Primera vez que compró cámaras de seguridad. Este modelo (C 100) y esta marca (TAPO) me pareció muy bueno, no conozco otras, por lo bien que se ve la imagen y sus funciones:
un zoom muy bueno; audio bidireccional puedo hablar con alguien cerca de la cámara en mi casa estando yo fuera y lejos; me envía notificaciones de movimiento que puedo configurar a mi gusto o desactivar; la app TAPO es gratis y guarda el red de internet y la clave de modo que no hay que buscarla ni escribir la clave cuando añadimos una nueva cámara; la configuración de las cámaras es muy sencilla; la app permite la opción de guardar en la nube lo que la cámara graba o se puede grabar en micro SD (hasta 128 gb) en la cámara; la configuración de una nueva cámara es muy rápida (6 minutos me llevó y 2 minutos es de la actualización del firmware y se hace sola) gracias a que la app guarda los datos de la red; trae tornillos y un papel marcado donde se deben hacer los hoyos para colocarla; una vez colocada en la pared se puede dirigir hacia donde uno quiere.
Es una cámara fija, no sigue el movimiento, pero eso era lo que yo quería. Algo sencillo y económico que me permitiera ver en tiempo real lo que pasa en el interior de mi casa.
Sugerencias/Tips:
1.- Primero configuren cada cámara y luego las colocan. El celular debe estar cerca de la cámara durante la configuración. Pueden usar el mismo cable a toma corriente para todas las cámaras durante la configuración de cada una.
2.- Desconecten la(s) cámara(s) que ya configuraron cuando configuren una nueva.
En resumen me parece que el beneficio que se obtiene supera el precio que se paga!
Ahora falta conocer su funcionamiento a largo plazo…
